Africas first State of the art Ambulance Production Facility

Naivasha, Kenya
Africa first State-of-the-Art
Ambulance Production Facility

Neqtar Medical is proud to establish Africa’s first purpose-built ambulance production facility in Naivasha, Kenya, just one hour from Nairobi. This landmark project will transform emergency medical services across the continent by combining local manufacturing capacity with global quality standards.

The 15,000 m² factory is fully scalable, with the capacity to produce 500 to 4,000 ambulances per year. Designed as more than just a manufacturing site, it will serve as a hub for EMS development, bringing together research and development, specialized training programs, and ongoing maintenance and service support — all under one roof.

Every aspect of the facility is tailored for African conditions, ensuring that vehicles are engineered to perform in diverse terrains and climates. At the same time, our partnership with leading global manufacturers guarantees that each ambulance meets the highest international safety, performance, and quality benchmarks.

The factory incorporates a green, sustainable design, including energy-efficient systems, water management solutions, and waste-reduction processes. By producing ambulances locally, we not only shorten delivery times and reduce costs, but also create skilled jobs, transfer technical expertise, and strengthen Africa’s capacity to respond to medical emergencies.

With this facility, Neqtar Medical is setting a new standard for locally built, globally trusted emergency vehicles — and reshaping the future of healthcare delivery across Africa.
